In the name of God. The compassionate, the merciful, all praise be to Allah. The lord of universe and peace. Blessings upon our prophet. Dear colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, I am grateful to the Almighty God who has granted me the opportunity to appear before this assembly.

Welcome:
Good afternoon. It’s an honor itself to honor this beautiful audience who have gathered here I welcome you all, dear students, parents, our honorable guests and everyone here in the today’s program.
It’s my pleasure to most welcome our special guests: (insert names of guests)

To the parents:
This is a most exciting time for me personally, having recently been appointed as principal of (insert name the academy). We look forward to working closely with the staff, the students and you the parents in the best interest of the academy.
We thank you for choosing the (name of the academy) for your children. Our hope is that while your children are with us that they will develop into mature, happy, responsible young adults who are prepared to face the future with confidence.
Here in the (name of the academy) we acknowledge that parents are the primary educators of the children .Our staff work in co-operation with the students to help each individual student to reach his potential.
As an academy, we strongly encourage the involvement of parents in the academic community. The relationship between parents and teachers is one of mutual support, concern and respect because just like each parent, our teachers want the very best for our students.

Success:

One of our core beliefs about academic success is that hard work, determination, and consistent effort are key elements in achieving success. All of the above is only possible within a firm but fair code of discipline.
Respect for the academy and education will greatly enhance the prospect of success for your children. If you as a parent show little respect for academy rules you cannot expect your son to behave differently. We ask you to praise and encourage your children in the academy and ensure the punctuality and regular attendance of your children, and be available to discuss a problem.
