  • Over 18 years of age on 1 February of the same year when the scholarship commences.
  • Not engaged or married to a person who holds or may hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency during the application, selection, and mobilization phases.
  • Not be serving as a military personnel.
  • Able to fulfill the admission requirements of the institution where the applicant is applying for their studies.
  • Not have received any


The Australian Awards Scholarship awardees will get the following benefits:

  • Full tuition fee
  • Return air ticket of a single return, economy class air ticket to and from Australia, via the most direct route.
  • Establishment allowance, contributing towards their accommodation, textbooks, and study material expenses.
